PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument used for sticking a covering material to an affected part in a body, facilitating work of spreading the covering material and capable of spreading a large-size covering material.SOLUTION: The treatment instrument 1 includes: a cylindrical body 2 wall bodies 3 and 4 protruding from an end face at one end of the cylindrical body 2 a wire 5 retractably inserted in the cylindrical body 2 a coupling support member 6 that is coupled and connected to the tip end of the wire 5 wing parts 7 and 8, one ends of which are rotatably journaled to the wall bodies 3 and 4 and include covering material arrangement surfaces 70 and 80 on which the covering material is placed and transmission members 9 and 10, the one ends of which are rotatably journaled to the coupling support member 6 and the other ends of which are rotatably journaled to the other ends of the wing parts 7 and 8.
