PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray service system capable of adjusting a ratio of a heat retaining part and a cooling part on a tray by a further simple configuration.SOLUTION: The tray service system comprises: trays 50 having a rectangular plate surface 52 on which objects are placed and a box-shaped serving wagon having storage chambers for storing trays 50. The tray 50 comprises: a pair of first side parts 55 that face each other in peripheral sides of the rectangular plate surface 52 surrounding edges 54 provided on the pair of second side parts 56 that are connected to the first side parts 55 and notches 60 that segment the surrounding edges 54 provided on the second side parts 56 and are provided in the extension direction of the second side parts 56 across a prescribed range.
