The present invention relates to a food three-dimensional printer which includes: a frame including a rail and a molding plate； a head moved along the rail in X, Y, and Z axis directions； a discharge part installed on the head and discharging food ingredients from the inside to form a three-dimensional model on the molding plate； and a pressing part providing pressure to the discharge part to discharge the food ingredients. The discharge part comprises: a barrel connected with the pressing part； a piston installed in the barrel to be moved downwards by the pressure of the pressing part； and a cartridge storing the food ingredients, having the upper surface sealed by a cover, screwed with the bottom of the barrel after the removal of the cover, and pressing and discharging the food ingredients through a piston which moves downwards. As such, the present invention is capable of making convenient the installation and separation of the cartridge, and easily cooking a variety of food.본 발명은 레일과 조형판이 포함된 프레임과, 상기 레일을 따라 X축, Y축, Z축 방향으로 동작하는 헤드와, 상기 헤드에 설치되고 내부에 저장된 식재료를 분출하여 상기 조형판 위에 3D 모델을 형성하는 분출부와, 상기 분출부에 압력을 제공하여 식재료가 분출되도록 하는 가압부를 포함하는 식품 3D프린터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 상기 분출부는 상기 가압부에 연결되는 배럴과； 상기 배럴 내부에 설치되어 상기 가압부의 압력에 의해 하측으로 움직이는 피스톤과； 내부에 식재료가 저장되고 상면이 커버에 의해 밀폐되어, 상기 커버가 제거된 후 상기 배럴의 하단에 나선 결합되고, 하측으로 움직이는 피스톤에 의해 식재료가 가압 분출되는 카트리지；로 구성되어, 카트리지의 설치와 분리를 용이하게 할 수 있고 다양한 음식을 용이하게 만들 수 있는 효과가 있다.
