The present invention relates to a disinfecting device which is installed on a two-wheeled vehicle so that a spraying member can be simply attached to or detached from the rear part of the two-wheeled vehicle without using a separate joining member. To achieve this, the disinfecting device, which is installed on a two-wheeled vehicle, according to the present invention includes a supporting plate placed on a load supporting member arranged on the rear part of the two-wheeled vehicle and supporting a spraying member； a front locking protrusion formed on the front side of the supporting plate and locked on a front frame of the load supporting member； lateral locking protrusions formed on both sides of the underside of the supporting plate and locked on the outer surfaces of lateral frames of the load supporting member； levers joined to both rear sides of the supporting plate by hinges； and a fixing member composed of fixing chains joined to the levers by pins and pulled by the rotation of the levers around the hinges while being locked by locking pins extended from the underside of the lateral frames and fixing the supporting plate to the load supporting member.본 발명은 별도의 체결수단을 사용할 필요없이 이륜차의 후방에 분무수단을 간편히 조립 및 조립 해지시켜가며 사용할 수 있도록 이륜차에 설치되는 방역장치에 관한 것이다.이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 이륜차에 설치되는 방역장치에 있어서, 이륜차의 후방에 배치되어 있는 짐받침부재에 올려지며 분무수단을 받쳐주게 되는 받침플레이트와, 상기 받침플레이트의 전방에 구비되며 상기 짐받침부재의 전면프레임에 걸려지는 전면걸림턱과, 상기 받침플레이트의 하단 양측에 구비되며 상기 짐받침부재의 측면프레임 외면에 걸려지는 측면걸림턱과, 상기 받침플레이트의 후방 양쪽에 힌지 결합되는 레버 및 상기 레버에 핀 결합되며 상기 측면프레임의 하단에 연장 형성되어 있는 걸이핀에 걸려진 상태에서 상기 힌지를 중심으로 상기 레버가 회전하는 동작에 따라 당겨지는 고정체인으로 구성하여 상기 받침플레이트를 상기 짐받침부재에 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
