[Problem] The problem to be solved is to provide [2-11C] acetic acid and [2-11C] acetic acid imidyl ester having the radioactivity necessary for the conduction of molecular imaging by PET, and methods for producing these. [Solution] The position 2 carbon of this acetic acid is labeled by 11C. This acetic acid can be produced by cross coupling [11C]methyl iodide and carboxytriphenylsilane in a mixed solvent of water and a polar solvent other than water in the presence of a palladium complex and a phosphine ligand. The position 2 carbon of this acetic acid imidyl ester is also labeled by 11C. This acetic acid imidyl ester can be produced by cross coupling [11C]methyl iodide and carboxytriphenylsilane imidyl ester in a polar solvent in which a palladium complex and a phosphine ligand have been dissolved.Le problème à résoudre est de fournir de l'acide [2-11C] acétique et un ester imidylique d'acide [2-11C]acétique possédant la radioactivité nécessaire pour la réalisation d'une imagerie moléculaire par tomographie par émission de positrons, et des procédés de production de ceux-ci. La solution selon l'invention consiste à marquer la position 2 de cet acide acétique par 11C. Cet acide acétique peut être produit par couplage croisé d'iodure de [11C]méthyle et de carboxytriphénylsilane dans un solvant mixte d'eau et d'un solvant polaire autre que l'eau en présence d'un complexe de palladium et d'un ligand de phosphine. Le carbone en position 2 de cet ester imidylique d'acide acétique est également marqué par 11C.
