The device for harvesting fruits includes a handle with a pick-up head (2) comprising a body (4) bearing a head-oscillation member (5) adapted for receiving at least one beating member (3) with beaters. The oscillation member (5) is connected to an actuation mechanism for imparting thereto a conical pendulum movement. The mechanism includes a transmission shaft (9) rotatingly mounted in the handle (1) and having its proximal end coupled to a drive motor while its distal end is connected to a movement transmission (11) connected to the oscillation member (5). The device is characterised in that the oscillation member (5) is supported by a ball connection (7) secured to the body (4) and in that the transmission (11) includes a radial lever (12) connected to he shaft (9) and a rod (13) attached to the oscillation member (5) on the one hand and to the lever (12) on the other hand at a distance form the geometrical axis of rotation of the shaft (9).Lappareil pour la récolte des fruits, comporte un manche (1) avec tête de cueillette (2) comprenant un corps (4) portant un élément oscillant de tête (5) prévu pour recevoir au moins un élément de battage (3) avec batteurs.
