PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health composition effective for improving bacterial flora in oral cavity.SOLUTION: There are provided Lactobacillus fermentum SG-A95 effective for improving bacterial flora in the oral cavity and deposited as deposition number CGMCC3248, and Lactobacillus fermentum SG-A95 including a code of a nucleotide sequence expressed by SEQ ID No:1. A fermentation product obtained by fermenting the Lactobacillus fermentum SG-A95 in a medium effectively suppresses growth of periodontal disease bacteria in the oral cavity, and the health composition produced from Lactobacillus fermentum SG-A95 and its fermentation product is usable for suppressing the growth of the periodontal disease bacteria in the oral cavity.【課題】口腔内細菌群を改善する保健組成物の提供。【解決手段】本発明の口腔内の細菌群を改善する寄託番号ＣＧＭＣＣ３２４８のラクトバシラス・ファーメンタムＳＧ－Ａ９５（Ｌａｃｔｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ ｆｅｒｍｅｎｔｕｍ）、ＳＥＱ ＩＤ ＮＯ：１に示されるヌクレオチド配列のコードを含むラクトバシラス・ファーメンタムＳＧ－Ａ９５、及び前記ラクトバシラス・ファーメンタムＳＧ－Ａ９５を培地で発酵させて得た発酵産物は口腔内の歯周病細菌の成長を効果的に抑制し、ラクトバシラス・ファーメンタムＳＧ－Ａ９５（Ｌａｃｔｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ ｆｅｒｍｅｎｔｕｍ ＳＧ－Ａ９５）及びその発酵産物から作成した保健組成物は、口腔の歯周病細菌の成長抑制に用いる。【選択図】図１
