PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar high-frequency snare for an endoscope, which smoothly controls the direction of a snare loop wire arranged at the distal end of a flexible sheath by an operation from a hand side as desired.
SOLUTION: In the high-frequency snare, an electrically insulating inner tube 6 is loosely put through the flexible sheath 1, and the proximal end of the inner tube 6 is fixedly attached to an operation part 20. A torque wire is used as the first conductive operation wire 2A between the two conductive operation wires 2A, 2B. The first conductive operation wire 2A is arranged on the outside of the inner tube 6, and the second conductive operation wire 2B is loosely put through the inner tube 6. A tube support piece 7 for supporting the inner tube 6 is fixed to the distal end of the first conductive operation wire 2A, so as to be projectable/retreatable axially relative to the inner tube 6 and also rotatable about the axis line in the flexible sheath 1.
