The center-of-gravity body has a slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of an inner circumferential surface of the tube body and has three or more rows of spherical body circulation grooves which are formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, accommodate and hold the spherical bodies in a circulatable manner, are disposed in parallel with each other, and each comprise two rows of grooves connected to each other (here, when the center-of-gravity body moves, the spherical bodies accommodated in one groove of the spherical body circulation grooves is configured to rotate and circulate in the groove while contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tube body, and the spherical bodies accommodated in the other groove is configured to circulate while rotating in a state of not contacting the inner circumferential surface of the tube body).
