The purpose of the present invention is to provide a ginsenoside composition which is capable of exerting a specifically high efficacy against various symptoms and diseases including unidentified clinical syndrome.The ginsenoside composition that comprises three ginsenoside components, i.e., Rb1, Rg3(S) and Rg2(S) as essential components and satisfies the following three requirements, on the basis of the solid content of the composition: (requirement 1) the content of Rb1 being 7.3 mg/g or greater； (requirement 2) the ratio of the content of Rb1 to the content of Rg3(S) [Rb1/Rg3(S)] being 1.2-3.7； and (requirement 3) the ratio of the content of Rg3(S) to the content of Rg2(S) [Rg3(S)/Rg2(S)] being 1.7-4.4.La présente invention vise à fournir une composition de ginsenoside qui est susceptible de présenter une efficacité particulièrement élevée contre des symptômes et maladies variés, y compris un syndrome clinique non identifié.La présente invention concerne par conséquent une composition de ginsenoside qui comprend trois constituants ginsenoside, en l'occurrence Rb1, Rg3(S) et Rg2(S), utilisés comme constituants essentiels et qui satisfait aux trois conditions suivantes, sur la base du contenu solide de la composition : (condition 1) la teneur en Rb1 est supérieure ou égale à 7,3 mg/g ； (condition 2) le rapport de la teneur en Rb1 sur la teneur en Rg3(S) [Rb1/Rg3(S)] est de 1,2 à 3,7 ； et (condition 3) le rapport de la teneur en Rg3(S) sur la teneur en Rg2(S) [Rg3(S)/Rg2(S)] est de 1,7 à 4,4.不定愁訴をはじめとする種々の症状・疾病に対し、効能の点で特異的にすぐれた結果が得られるジンセノサイド組成物を提供することを目的とする。 ジンセノサイドであるＲｂ１とＲｇ３（Ｓ）とＲｇ２（Ｓ）との３成分を必須成分として含有し、かつ組成物の固形分基準で、（要件１）Ｒｂ１の含有量が７．３ｍｇ／ｇ以上、（要件２）Ｒｂ１の含有量とＲｇ３（Ｓ）の含有量との比「Ｒｂ１／Ｒｇ３（Ｓ）」が１．２～３．７、（要件３）Ｒｇ３（Ｓ）の含有量とＲｇ２（Ｓ）の含有量との比「Ｒｇ３（Ｓ）／Ｒｇ２（Ｓ）」が１．７～４．４、の３要件を満足するジンセノサイド組成物である。
