PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-plastering machine that performs a levee crown treatment of a high levee and raises a levee crown treatment part to an upper position of a levee crown of old levee in a levee crown non-treatment.SOLUTION: The levee-plastering machine includes an operation part having a levee crown treatment part 11 for cutting through a levee crown of an old levee, a pretreatment part 30 for cutting through an old levee and building up soil and a levee-plastering part for plastering the old levee which is cut through with built up soil. The levee crown treatment part 11 is supported at the tip part of a levee crown power transmission case 20 that has a rotary fulcrum Po coaxially on a tilling shaft 34 of the pretreatment part 30 and is rotatable in the vertical direction and is adjustable in the vertical position by a vertical position adjustment mechanism part 60 connected to between the levee crown treatment part 11 and a support frame mounted on the operation part.
