PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which has biodegradability and comprises a biodegradable resin excellent particularly in a soil temperature increasing effect, a weed controlling effect and external appearance stability.SOLUTION: The film is obtained by performing printing on the surface of a base film containing the biodegradable resin. When a printed portion is defined as a colored portion and an unprinted portion is defined as a transparent portion, the whole light transmittance of the colored portion is 0-50% and that of the transparent portion is 70-100%.
