FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the alcohol-free industry, in particular, to a method for the production of a therapeutic-and-preventive beverage containing a biologically active additive of a natural origin. The method envisages mixing of an animal origin material extract, produced by way of extraction during 6-12 hours in drinking water at room temperature and milling into particles sized at least up to 2-4 mm, additives and a preserving agent, the produced mixture filtration, dispensing into a container and packaging. The animal origin material is represented by the Rhopilema jelly-fish cupola. The produced extract is separated into sediment and a liquid fraction that may be diluted with water till concentration is less than 100 and more than 30%.
