The present invention provides an air dome assembly and an air dome house installation method using the same which detachably connect multiple air tubes and sturdily couple a connection portion to construct an air dome assembly to maintain structural strength of an air dome for application even if an air dome house is enlarged, and facilitate assembly, separation, storage and transport to be suitable for a mobile warehouse purpose of an open storage yard which must be frequently installed to be used for a prescribed period of time and then removed. According to the present invention, the air dome assembly comprises: a plurality of air tubes formed in a rectangular plate shape a connection member to connect the air tubes and an attaching means to maintain a coupled state of the connection member and the air tubes on both sides.
