A stirring shaft (50) rotating around the dual-shaft motor (20) is fixedly installed on a rotating shaft of the dual-shaft motor (20) inside the mite holding container (10). The stirring shaft (50) is located above the first discharge holes and the second discharge holes (301). A detachable isolating device (70) is arranged above the stirring shaft (50). A scattering tray (60) is fixedly installed on the other rotating shaft of the dual-shaft motor (20). When in use, the device utilizing mechanical operation is fixedly installed on an agricultural aircraft for scattering.
