The present Invention provides Vaccine compositions comprising at least one Antigen based on the capsid Protein of Dengue Virus (DV) and oligonucleotide identified as SEQ ID no. 1.Vaccine composition comprising a fusion protein formed by the capsid of the VD2 and domain III of the Protein of the envelope of the same Serotype, added with the oligonucleotide identified as SEQ ID no.1, generates higher levels of cellular immune response and Protection in Mice, compared with that generated by the same Antigen formulations added with oligonucleotides adjuvant potential capacity, reported in the literature. The effectiveness of the compositions comprising the Oligonucleotide identified as SEQ ID No.1 was also demonstrated in non-human primates.The compositions of the invention may be monovalent, Bivalent and tetravalent, and combined in different regimes of Immunization to induce functional immune response against the four serotypes.La presente invención provee composiciones vacunales que comprenden al menos un antígeno basado en la proteína de la cápsida del virus dengue(VD) y el oligonucleótido identificado como SEQ ID NO. 1.
