A DNA vaccine that is capable of co-expressing the PreM / ME protein of the yellow fever virus together with LAMP, the association protein with the lysosomal membrane, and presenting said antigen proteins to the immune system through the MHC II pathway, in which the PreM / ME sequence is fused with the C-terminal domain of LAMP and said vaccine has SEQ ID NO: 8 or a sequence with more than 80% homology with it.Una vacuna de ADN que es capaz de realizar la coexpresión de la proteína PreM/ME del virus de la fiebre amarilla junto con LAMP, la proteína de asociación con la membrana lisosómica, y de presentar dichas proteínas de antígeno al sistema inmunológico a través de la vía de MHC II, en la que la secuencia de PreM/ME se fusiona con el dominio C-terminal de LAMP y dicha vacuna tiene la SEQ ID NO:8 o una secuencia con más del 80% de homología con esta.
