At least one elastic element is disposed between the liquid-permeable casing layer and the backside layer outside of the respective longitudinally running edge of the absorption body. The elastic elements have a return force between 0.30 N and 0.80 N at an exten-sion of 70% of the accessible extension according to the described test method.
