The present invention relates to an activated carbon filter module for decomposing, adsorbing and removing harmful materials in air using activated carbon coated with a photocatalyst； and to a device for purifying and neutralizing harmful gas including the same. The activated carbon filter module according to the present invention comprises a case having an inlet for introducing air and an outlet for discharging air and an activated-carbon-filled chamber arranged between the inlet and the outlet； a plurality of photocatalytic activated carbons filled into the activated-carbon-filled chamber and manufactured by coating activated carbon fillets with a photocatalyst； a light irradiation unit installed on the activated-carbon-filled chamber to irradiate the photocatalytic activated carbons with light； and supporting columns installed on the activated-carbon-filled chamber to be able to supply power to the light irradiation unit while simultaneously supporting the light irradiation unit, wherein the light irradiation unit has a plurality of lamps for generating light, a supporting bar having the lamps coupled to the outer surface thereof and has a light-transmitting cover for surrounding the lamps and the support bar.본 발명은 광촉매가 코팅된 활성탄을 이용하여 공기 중의 유해물질을 분해 및 흡착 제거하는 활성탄 필터 모듈 및 이를 갖는 유해가스 정화 및 중화 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 활성탄 필터 모듈은, 공기 유입을 위한 유입구와 공기 배출을 위한 배출구 및 유입구와 배출구 사이에 마련되는 활성탄 충전 챔버를 갖는 케이스와, 활성탄 충전 챔버에 충전되고 활성탄 필렛에 광촉매가 코팅되어 이루어진 복수의 광촉매 활성탄과, 복수의 광촉매 활성탄에 빛을 조사하기 위해 활성탄 충전 챔버에 설치되는 광조사 유닛과, 광조사 유닛을 지지함과 동시에 광조사 유닛에 전원을 공급할 수 있도록 활성탄 충전 챔버에 설치되는 지지기둥을 포함한다. 광조사 유닛은 빛을 발생하는 복수의 램프와, 복수의 램프가 외면에 결합되는 지지바와, 복수의 램프와 지지바를 감싸는 광투과성 커버를 갖는다.
