The noninvasive living body measuring device comprises: a light source for illuminating a living body which includes a blood vessel an imaging part for imaging the illuminated living body to obtain a living body image and an analyzing part for obtaining a density of a component contained in blood of the living body based on an image of the blood vessel in the living body image, and correcting the density of the component based on an image of a peripheral tissue of the blood vessel in the living body image.
