To provide a rail unit of a bathtub in which a support can stably be retreated from a chair-receiving position when not taking a bath using a chair, and provide a bathing system with the same.SOLUTION: A rail unit 200 of a bathtub concerning the present invention includes: a pair of fixtures 71, 72 for supporting a chair module, and mounted along an upper end face of the opposed wall part of the bathtub, respectively； a support 9 mounted so as to stride over the pair of fixtures, and mounted with a rail member for making the chair module slide； and a swing unit mounted to each fixture, and supporting the support 9 in a swingable manner. The support 9 is made swingable so as to selectively take a first position where a first surface is directed to an upper part or a second position where a second surface is directed to the upper part, by using the swing unit as a swing center.
