PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can protect a bathing chair from floating movement and from poor attachment with a vehicle due to a rail insufficiently pulled down to a unitable level with the bottom of the chair.SOLUTION: The system comprises a fixed bath 30 having an opening on the one side a cradling bath which has an opening corresponding to the opening of the fixed bath 30 and can be vertically cradled to fulcrum the position around the upper end of the opening and a rail 52a is set on the bottom surface of the fixed bath 30, wherein the top end of the rail is pushed up to slant the rail 52a as the cradling bath cradles toward the open direction, while it is pulled down to level the rail as the cradling bath cradles toward the shut direction.
