The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a microstructure using a cyclic contact and dry on the top of a pillar (CCDP) method. The method comprises: (a) a step of placing a viscous composite on the top of a pillar by allowing the top of the protruded pillar to be in contact with the viscous composite； (b) a step of drying the viscous composite positioned on the top of the pillar； and (c) a step of forming a microstructure by attaching the viscous composite to the top of the pillar while repeating steps (a) and (b). The present invention easily manufactures a microstructure at low costs. Moreover, the present invention manufactures a desired microstructure regardless of a molecular weight and solubility of macromolecules used in the viscous composite, and the viscosity of a macromolecular solution quickly transmits solidified chemicals into the skin of the microstructure.본 발명은 (a) 돌출 형상의 필라(pillar)의 선단부(top)를 점성 조성물에 접촉(contact)시켜 상기 점성 조성물을 상기 필라의 선단부에 위치시키는(placed) 단계； (b) 상기 필라의 선단부에 위치된 점성 조성물을 건조시키는 단계； 및 (c) 상기 단계 (a) 및 (b)를 반복하여, 상기 필라의 선단부에 상기 점성조성물을 부착시켜 마이크로구조체를 형성키는 단계를 포함하는 CCDP(cyclic contact and dry on the top of a pillar) 방법에 의한 마이크로구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 쉬우면서도 저비용으로 마이크로구조체를 제작할 수 있다. 본 발명은 점성조성물에 이용되는 고분자의 분자량, 용해도 및 고분자 용액의 점도에 구속되지 않고, 원하는 마이크로구조체를 제조할 수 있으며, 고형화된 약물을 피부 내로 신속하게 전달 가능하다.
