The average productivity of the milk line is calculated - Vn according to the formula: Vn=Mn/Tn. The index of destabilisation of fat particles at high performance of the milk line is determined - Dv and at low productivity of the line - Dn. Class of the milk line is determined at its different performance in accordance with the following ranges of values of Dv and Dn: class I with a high preservation of fat - less than 4%, class II with an average preservation of fat - up to 7%, class III with low preservation of fat - more than 7%.EFFECT: increased accuracy in determining the class of milk line.5 tblИзобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а именно к машинному доению коров. Определяют массовую долю жира в средней пробе молока до и после транспортировки по молочной линии. Определяют класс молочной линии по индексу дестабилизации жировых частиц - Д. Причем при разной производительности молочной линии на предприятии в течение суток определяют общую продолжительность каждого доения - Tn и количество молока в конечном танке - Mn, где n - порядковый номер доения. Вычисляют среднюю производительность молочной линии - Vn по формуле: Vn=Mn/Tn.
