PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel lead capable of quickly and surely carrying out fingertip operation with feeling more natural than that of conventionals, when suddenly stopping delivery of the lead.SOLUTION: There is provided a reel lead 1 having a break trigger 6 in the vicinity of the lower side front face of a delivery hole 51 of a body case 2 housing a reel 3. The break trigger 6 is attached to be pushed into the body case 2 in the direction reverse to the lead 11 delivery direction (backward direction) and on a state energized to the push-back side.
