The present invention provides a replaceable self-ligating orthodontic device. The replaceable self-ligating orthodontic device (10) in accordance with the present invention, with respect to an orthodontic bracket, comprises: a fixing unit including a rectangular-shaped bottom part of which one side is fixated to teeth, a guide part which is formed above both sides of the opposite side of the bottom part, a slot formed in the guide part to enable a wire to be passed therethrough, and a coupling part having operation grooves provided at both ends of the guide part； a cover unit having detachable shafts which can be attached to and detached from the operation grooves of both ends of the fixing unit, and an escape prevention boss which prevents the wire passing the same position as the slot of the fixing unit from escaping, provided in a bracket cover connecting the detachable shafts； and a sliding unit having a sliding groove, which is coupled along the guide part of the fixing unit by a sliding method, and a slit which accommodates the wire.
