PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture device for an endoscope, which has stability in the arrangement and operations of respective members inside the device, is smoothly operated and makes it possible to surely and easily execute suture treatment using the endoscope in a short time.
SOLUTION: Suture thread 3 is inserted and arranged inside a guide sheath 1 where a slit 4 with an open distal end is formed, a falling prevention member 7 and a fixing member 8 engaged with the suture thread 3 are shut and arranged inside the guide sheath 1 in the state of being engaged freely slidably to the slit 4 respectively, and a puncture cylindrical body 2 provided with propulsion parts 27 and 28 for driving the falling prevention member 7 and the fixing member 8 in the distal end direction of the guide sheath 1 is fitted freely slidably on the outer surface of the guide sheath 1.
