A method for treating nanohydrogels comprising - a dispersion step, in which a nanohydrogel obtained from a polysaccharide functionalized with hydrophobic molecules is dispersed in an aqueous solution, and a sterilization and homogenization step, in which the aqueous dispersion of nanohydrogels is added with a compound designed to be charged in the nanohydrogel particles by being englobed or adsorbed thereby and is subjected to a temperature of between 70°C and 150°C and a pressure of between 1 and 5 bar in said sterilization and homogenization step, the conditions of temperature and pressure must be such that boiling of the aqueous dispersion of nanohydrogels does not occur.Linvention concerne un procédé pour traiter des nanohydrogels, comprenant - une étape de dispersion, dans laquelle un nanohydrogel obtenu à partir dun polysaccharide fonctionnalisé avec des molécules hydrophobes est dispersé dans une solution aqueuse, et une étape de stérilisation et dhomogénéisation, dans laquelle la dispersion aqueuse de nanohydrogels est mélangée à un composé conçu pour être chargé dans les particules de nanohydrogel en étant enveloppé ou adsorbé, et est soumise à une température comprise entre 70°C et 150°C et et une pression comprise entre 1 et 5 bar dans ladite étape de stérilisation et dhomogénéisation, les conditions de température et de pression doivent être telles que lébullition de la dispersion aqueuse des nanohydrogels ne se produit pas.
