A tablet packing device includes a cabinet, a fixing frame, a packing module, and a control box. The cabinet receives a plurality of tablet cartridges on the upper part and includes a collection unit collecting tablets discharged from the tablet cartridges to the lower side. The fixing frame supports the cabinet and limits an accommodation space at the lower side of the cabinet. The packing module includes a packing unit installed to be drawn out from the accommodation space of the fixing frame in emergency compounding and a shutter unit drawn out with the packing unit, separated in a state of being coupled to the lower side of the collection unit, and formed to mount one tablet cartridge on the separated upper part.
