The Tai Chi barrel of the present invention comprises a barrel body (1) and a ring (2). The barrel body includes a through hole 3, a right side portion 5, a central portion 6 and a left side portion 7. The right side portion 5, the central portion 6, and the left side portion 7 are fixedly and continuously connected together. The through hole (3) penetrates the barrel body (1) and is provided with at least one stopper (4). The lengths of the left side portion 7 and the right side portion 5 are the same. Sliding sleeves are provided on the outside of the left side part (7) and the right side part (5), respectively. The sliding sleeve is operatively connected to the left side part (7) and the right side part (5). The central portion 6 is disposed at the center between the left portion 7 and the right portion 5. The central portion 6 is provided with three small cylinders and the ring 2 is fixed to the outer periphery of a small cylinder located at the center of the central portion 6.
