PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking exercise device to help eliminate wandering behaviors by dementia persons which may be repeated at all hours, assist them with walking for health maintenance, and contribute to reducing the burden of caregivers.SOLUTION: This walking exercise device may be installed in facilities including a special elderly nursing home. Some gate-shaped light gauge steel structures (7) are built both indoors and outdoors within the facility. An overhead lightweight steel channel pipe (2) in a shape of H in cross section is stretched over the steel structures (7) and is provided with some of traction trolleys (1) that are attached thereto and can be smoothly moved thereon. A handler (5) is suspended from each of the traction trolleys (1). Finally, a control box (6) is put in place somewhere in the facility, and the whole system is wired.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 被痴呆介護者の、時間に関係なく徘徊する行為を無くし、健康維持の歩行運動が出来て、本人の健康および介護する人々の負担軽減に寄与する。【解決手段】 特別擁護老人ホーム等の施設内から施設外庭にかけて、門型軽量鉄骨構造体(7)を形成し、これに天吊軽量チャンネル・パイプ・H鋼等(2)を施工して設ける。そしてこの該チャンネル・パイプ・H鋼等に牽引トロリー(1)をスムーズに動けるようにして設ける。つぎに、牽引トロリー(1)にぶら下げてハンドラー(5)を設ける。そして最後に制御ボックス(6)を適当なる場所に設け、これら全体に配線を施す。【選択図】図1
