The invention relates to cervical traction device which can be easily attached to any stretcher/gurney or board to provide the traction force to the neck of a patient with injuries to the cervical spine. Said device is comprised of a triangular frame with clamps for attaching and detaching the device to any stretcher/gurney or board, ratchet assembly for providing the force needed to apply cervical traction, plurality of pulleys, halter spreader, head halter and weighing scale for measuring said force.
