PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a dissolved hydrogen concentration of alkaline water obtained by electrolysis of water.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrolyzed water generation apparatus which comprises an electrolysis tank (an electrolysis part) 1 which comprises an anode 10B and a cathode 10A and generates alkaline water in which hydrogen is dissolved by electrolysis of water.
