PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological photographing apparatus capable of solving at least one problem of the prior art.SOLUTION: The ophthalmological photographing apparatus includes a first optical member for focus to be moved in an optical axis direction by a drive part, includes a front imaging optical system for acquiring a front image of the fundus of an examined eye, and a second optical member for focus to be moved in an optical axis direction by the drive part, and includes an OCT optical system for acquiring a tomographic image of the fundus of an examined eye, and control means which can execute first focus control for acquiring focusing position information of the front imaging optical system to move the first optical member for focus and the second optical member for focus to the focusing position, and second focus control for acquiring focusing position information of the OCT optical system to move the second optical member for focus to the focusing position.
