PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a transcranial current stimulation device and transcranial current stimulation method, capable of efficiently enhancing or suppressing a brain function with a current value lower than a conventional one.SOLUTION: In a transcranial current stimulation device 11, stimulation current specification means 14 detects a brain wave voltage from a scalp H, converts the brain wave voltage into a stimulation current, and outputs the stimulation current to a predetermined region of the scalp H. Accordingly, a weak stimulation current dependent on the brain wave voltage can be fed to a head through the scalp H while being interlocked with a change in the brain wave voltage.
