Disclosed is the use of a liposome in the manufacture of a medicinal preparation for treating a disease of lung tissue, wherein the surface of the liposome is modified with at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of terminal hydrophobized polyvinyl alcohols and chitosan, and wherein the liposome contains phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol and a dialkyl phosphate ester as constituent components of a liposomal membrane.
