PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water saving and massage goods that contribute health enhancement while contributing to household economy or saving of energy resources by achieving both a water saving function and a massage function.SOLUTION: An article whose specific gravity is higher than water is put in a ball-like container having cushioning characteristics. A hollow ball is intermingled in it to adjust the weight. (Either a single hollow ball or a plurality of small hollow balls will do.) And the ball or balls should be the lightest of the weights that sink in the water. The surface of the cushion is provided with wart-like bumps or suction cups for a massage effect. The cushioning characteristics and the wart-like bumps or the suction cups on the surface give a comfortable massage effect on legs. When used, two of the balls are put in the bathtub. By placing two legs on the respective balls, and moving the legs alternately, blood circulation is improved, and swelling of legs and fatigue are eliminated. The massage effect in hot water when blood circulation has been improved is significant.
