The present invention relates to a disposable absorption sheet for garments which includes: a super absorbent polymer sheet (110) having an embossed pattern formed thereon a nonwoven fabric sheet (120) which is a water permeable nonwoven fabric sheet for covering the super absorbent polymer sheet (110) in the direction of the width to have a space and has end portions in a lengthwise direction of the nonwoven fabric which form a sealed part which horizontally crosses in a lengthwise direction of a side opposite to a skin facing side of the super absorbent polymer sheet and a release paper attachment adhesive film (130) which covers the sealed part in a lengthwise direction along the sealed part and is attached at the same time. Both end portions of the nonwoven fabric in the direction of the width are sealed.
