The expanding and contracting flap part includes a hydrophilic region 60 extending in the lateral direction Y and a non-hydrophilic region 61 adjacent to the hydrophilic region 60 on a skin side nonwoven fabric 23 positioned on a skin contact surface side with respect to the elastic member. On one or both of the hydrophilic region 60 and the non-hydrophilic region 61, a plurality of embossment parts 65, 66 in which constituent fibers of the skin side nonwoven fabric are fused are formed.
