Disclosed are IgG antibodies that have enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity. The antibodies are milk-derived antibodies from a non-human mammal engineered to express the antibody in its milk or from non-human mammary epithelial cells engineered to express the antibody. The glycosylation pattern of the antibodies is altered to exhibit a high mannose glycosylation pattern and is non-fucosylated. The antibodies can be used to treat cancer, lymphoproliferative disease, immune disorders or an autoimmune disease.
