PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a high-resolution frame image despite environmental fluctuation.SOLUTION: A scanning type ophthalmographic apparatus includes: an fundus oculi scanning optical system 1 that scans the fundus oculi Ef, while applying illumination spotlight Sp to the fundus oculi Ef of a subjects eye E an image receiving optical system 3 that receives the illumination spotlight Sp and outputs an image receiving signal and a fundus oculi image construction part 4 that constructs a fundus oculi image using the image receiving signal. The fundus oculi scanning optical system 1 has a scanning mirror 10 for scanning the fundus oculi Ef in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the scanning mirror 10 is reciprocatingly oscillated between a forward movement direction and a backward movement direction by a mirror drive circuit. A mask 41 is provided on an optical path of the fundus oculi scanning optical system 1 at a position of a point Q1" conjugate to the fundus oculi Ef, the mask being used for aligning an image importing end position of a scan in the forward movement direction with an image importing start position of a scan in the backward movement direction.
