To provide a method for automatic analysis of a medical anatomical image.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of providing two anatomical images, each of which is captured in a target person's own orientation； a step of inputting first and second anatomical images to first and second convolutional neural networks (CNN) of a statistical classifier, and outputting first and second feature vectors； a step of inputting the combination of the first and second feature vectors in a whole bonding layer of the statistical classifier； and a step of calculating an index of clear visual findings present in the two anatomical images by the whole bonding layer.
