The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional ultrasonic scanner and a method of swinging an ultrasonic transducer thereof. The ultrasonic transducer of the 3-dimensional ultrasonic scanner is supported by a swing shaft to perform a swinging motion. A screw is disposed lengthwise in a perpendicular direction to the swing shaft and rotates in forward and backward directions by a forward/backward rotating force of a motor. A movable member linearly reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the screw by the forward and backward rotation of the screw. A linear moving member linearly reciprocates together with the movable member. A connection part has a connection hole formed in a long hole shape in the ultrasonic transducer and allowing one end of the linear moving member to be inserted thereinto to swing the ultrasonic transducer within a range of a set angle about the swing shaft according to the linear reciprocation of the linear moving member, and adjusts the range of the set angle of the ultrasonic transducer depending on the length of the connection hole.La présente invention concerne un scanner à ultrasons tridimensionnel et un procédé doscillation de son transducteur à ultrasons.
