PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tilling device that is intended to improve the harrowing performance and leveling performance.SOLUTION: A rotary tilling device has a rotary tilling unit formed by mounting multiple pieces of tilling claws bent in the lateral direction from one end side to the other end side of the claw shaft on claw shafts rotating around shaft cores in the lateral direction, the rotary tilling unit having first and second pair claws for tilling up soil by a pair of tilling claws bent toward the counterpart to each other and making one peak, in which these first and second pair claws are disposed in the claw shaft core direction so as to alternately make the peak adjacently in the claw shaft core direction. The device is provided with third pair claws for tilling up the soil by the pair of tilling claws bent toward the counterpart to each other and making one peak. This third pair claws is disposed in the claw shaft core direction so as to be tilled up astride the peak made with the first pair claws and the peak made with the second pair claws adjacent to this.
