Lorsque lécoulement est stabilisé, deux seuils correspondant aux bornes supérieure et inférieure dun intervalle détat autorisé sont fixés par addition dune valeur déterminée à lécoulement stabilisé et par soustraction de ladite valeur déterminée dudit écoulement stabilisé.
