PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control device that has a function of presenting to users a replay candidate in a period of time of event generation.SOLUTION: Sampled plant data is stored into a data storage unit 1c, the amount of change in the PV value of the plant data stored in the data storage unit 1c is calculated for each sampling by a data processing unit 1b, the result of the calculation is stored into the data storage unit 1c as a parameter, an appropriate parameter is extracted from the data storage unit 1c based on the type of a signal input on a screen by a user and the time of the input and is analyzed, and a replay candidate of the period of time of event generation is calculated and is displayed on the screen via a display control unit 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
