PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely report, to a user, a blood sugar level trend in an appropriate measurement period before measuring a blood sugar level.SOLUTION: A blood sugar level measuring apparatus includes a data storage part which stores measured blood sugar levels tied with the measurement date and is stored with a plurality of alarm times for urging blood sugar measurement. Then, among the plurality of alarm times stored in the data storage part, the alarm time closest to the operation state start time at which an idle state is switched to an operation state is retrieved from the data storage part. Then, the blood sugar levels for the past prescribed number of days measured within a prescribed period including the alarm time are retrieved from the data storage part, and the trend of the retrieved blood sugar levels for the past prescribed number of days is calculated. Then, a display part is made to display a first display image indicating the calculated trend of the blood sugar levels for the past prescribed number of days.
