The present invention relates to a portable skin diagnosis and treatment device, system, and method using a tunable LED, which is portable and performs skin diagnosis and treatment using an LED light source. The portable skin diagnosis and treatment apparatus irradiates the diagnostic light onto the skin through the tunable LED light source, and acquires a skin image by photographing the state of the skin to which the diagnostic light is irradiated. The portable skin diagnosis and treatment apparatus diagnoses the skin condition by using the acquired skin image, and performs skin treatment by irradiating the treatment light to the skin region requiring treatment according to the diagnosis result through the tunable LED light source.본 발명은 파장 가변 LED를 이용한 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치, 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 휴대가 가능하며 LED 광원을 이용하여 피부 진단 및 치료를 함께 수행하기 위한 것이다. 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치는 파장 가변 LED 광원부를 통하여 피부에 진단 광을 조사하고, 진단 광이 조사된 피부의 상태를 카메라부로 촬영하여 피부 영상을 획득한다. 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치는 획득한 피부 영상으로 피부 상태를 진단하고, 진단 결과에 따라 치료가 필요한 피부 영역에 파장 가변 LED 광원부를 통하여 치료 광을 조사하여 피부 치료를 수행한다.
