The present invention relates to a portable apparatus, a system and a method for diagnosing and treating skin conditions. The portable apparatus for diagnosing and treating skin conditions is portable and is to perform diagnosis and treatment together on skin conditions by using an LED light source. The portable apparatus for diagnosing and treating skin conditions irradiates diagnostic light on the skin through an LED light source part and photographs conditions of the skin on which the diagnostic light is irradiated to obtain a skin image. The portable apparatus for diagnosing and treating skin conditions diagnoses the conditions of the skin from the obtained skin image and performs treatment on the skin by irradiating treatment light on a skin area to be treated through the LED light source part according to the diagnosis result.본 발명은 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치, 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 휴대가 가능하며 LED 광원을 이용하여 피부 진단 및 치료를 함께 수행하기 위한 것이다. 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치는 LED 광원부를 통하여 피부에 진단 광을 조사하고, 진단 광이 조사된 피부의 상태를 카메라부로 촬영하여 피부 영상을 획득한다. 휴대형 피부 진단 및 치료 장치는 획득한 피부 영상으로 피부 상태를 진단하고, 진단 결과에 따라 치료가 필요한 피부 영역에 LED 광원부를 통하여 치료 광을 조사하여 피부 치료를 수행한다.
