PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which shredded cabbage cut by a conventional method has uneven and large cut surfaces which are highly visible, is hard to eat, and has rough feeling to be inferior in texture.SOLUTION: A cabbage shredding device is configured such that the upper side of an opening of a skeleton and a support plate are connected with a connector, the support plate is given with a force of rotating to the direction of the opening, a support tool is equipped above the support plate, and the support tool can vary in distance to a connector shaft. A cross section becomes minimum owing to cutting in an almost right angle to each leaf, hardness and rough feeling when eating are scarce, the shape is the same, slender and beautiful, and the number of cut slices obtained from one cabbage is about 1.6 times as large as that in a conventional method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の方法で切削した千切りキャベツにあっては不揃いで大きな切断面が目立ち、食べると硬く、ざらつき感があり食感に劣る。【解決手段】 躯体の開口部上方と支持板とを接合具で連結し、前記支持板は開口部の方向へ回転する力を与えられ、当該支持板の上方に支持具を設備し、当該支持具は接合具の軸との距離が可変なことを特徴とするキャベツの千切り装置で、それぞれの葉とほぼ直角に切るから断面は最少となり、食べたとき硬さやざらつき感が少なく、形状は同一で細長く美しく、更に、一つのキャベツから得られる切片の数が従来の方法に比較して約1.6倍多い。【選択図】図1
